Can I place an order over the phone?  

Yes, we have customer service representatives that are more than happy to help you place the order over the phone.
Please have your style number, shipping information, and payment information ready. And call during business hours.

How will my item(s) be shipped?

We package all items in boxes. Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's. 

Is the information I send over the Internet safe?

Your checkout page is protected by SSL to keep your credit card data safe and secure. On checkout pages, we're Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128 bit SSL encryption

How do I find the correct size?

Alterations may be necessary in some special occasion dresses. You will be provided with the option to view this size chart for each designer on the dresses you want to order. Blue Bloom does not take responsibility for dresses that do not fit, the size charts used are directly from manufacturers and are made specifically to those size specifications. Blue Bloom recommends for you to take the appropriate measurements and include them in your online order form. Please include your actual Bust - Waist - Hip measurements. We can also help you with your desired alterations.

Do you rent dresses?

No.We do not rent dresses.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and you then can track your package through corresponding shipping provider. If you did not receive your tracking number and your order status says shipped, please contact us. 

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

We process all our order as soon as possible through our departments. If the item you place an order on is in stock, we then provide the ship date during checkout. If the dress requires ordering through our manufacturer, we will update you with the delivery date. 

What happens once I place my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive the order confirmation via E-mail. After this, you will receive another email confirmation but this one will include your shipping confirmation. In most cases, the dress is either in stock or can be fulfilled within 7-12 days. If it will take longer to fulfill the order or we cannot have the item delivered before the required date, we will help you find a similar dress that will satisfy your needs. Your card will not be charged until we can fulfill your order. 

Will I have tracking information for my order?

We make sure to forward any shipping information/confirmations to our customers to ensure that the process is completely transparent from the purchasing process to your doorstep. 

Why do you have pictures of dresses that are not in stock?

Event dates vary greatly through our customers and because of this we have a large selection of dresses shown. We take into consideration that people buy dresses months in advance to give enough time for the dress to arrive. If any dress becomes discontinued or no longer available, we will make this known to our consumers.

When is my card charged?

The card is not charged until we can fulfill your order and it has shipped out.
